Well on UPS the shipping type says "UPS Saver" which sounds like some kind of bargain shipping... but then even to go from BC to Charlottetown from Thursday to the following Tuesday isn't what I'd call slow...

Nice new system. As soon as Apple announces a refresh on the Mac Pros I'm putting in an order for one that day. Can't. Stand. Waiting. But it's been 18 months since Apple updated the Mac Pro line and I know the update is gonna be sitting on Intel's new Nehalem platform. Plus, Snow Leopard. Okie, I don't know but I'm hoping. Nehalem, 4G of RAM, fancy lad graphics card... I'm gonna be wetting myself for days when I get it.

Time for an external back up drive with rsync or some sort run nightly? ;)

Once is enough for me if it has important data on it. Over the years I've had it happen too many times and I finally purchased an external drive for Time Machine and daily system drive clone backups.
