BUG REPORT! (I think)

Get a bunch of Fish, including a Venomfish, and pick up an Ember either in your Pet's inventory or as though you're going to buy it from the Gem Seller. Normally, when holding an Ember, it shows you the items you can put it in, or those that already have Embers...

And it shows that the Venomfish has two Pure Embers in it.

The BUG is that you can't use the Destory Item to Recover Ember guy on the fish. The Embers are totally there to recover.

What it's doing is showing the Embers in items which are in my EQUIPMENT TAB, despite the FISH TAB being on the surface. I moved the Venomfish and it shows the Embers in the now-empty slot. The slot happens to correspond with an item I'm carrying that has two Pure Embers IN it.

Same deal if the Spells tab is the active one.

I had a weird UI thing happen too. The box for an item I had picked up earlier kept appearing when I had nothing picked up. Didn't last long though.

Man my summons got super weak all of a sudden...

I wonder if the game is single player only because it customizes the items for your character class? I don't think my shops would carry the same items as Mike's would, and I've even noticed my drops are more geared to my play style. I've found two set items and they're both staves, and I've found two "homoncular's" items that boost my minions.

I have a Humonculist's Belt.

But yeah, if I go to the Blacksmith, all the armors are depicted as the side-skirts the Vanquisher uses. I don't see anything that looks Alchemisty/Warriory BUT, the weapons section does have axes, staves, etc and I've only been using pistols/rifles for the past 10 hours.

I think weapons are totally open. My class has a skill later on that increases ranged weapon proficiency, in case I didn't want to use a staff I guess.

Way later I get to summon a golem that shoots lazers.

Oh and I found that fishing spot in town. I think it was always there... and it seems I catch the same stuff no matter where I fish. Turning my pet into a lightning elemental is pretty fun.

I'm fairly certain now that the variation is by hole location and not level.

The first hole in the dungeons gave me seven Ember Fish Eyes over about 30 Fishing attempts. Over the next 10-15 Holes, with around 120~ Fishing attempts between them, I didn't get any Ember Fish Eyes. I went back to that original hole, and got 3 Ember Fish Eyes in 10 casts. That's the only hole that gives me Ember Fish Eyes, so I figure it's location dependant.

You're probably just having a bad run like with the Enchants (I've since had a bad run of Enchants, there was one Pistol I had which got failed four attempts in a row. I've had 75% fail rates across 10-12 attempts in my last two sessions).

Enchanting went great for me. I've got a blue rifle that is pimped the eff out. Does every elemental damage I've seen so far, knockback, and steals mana/HP on hit. Has about double the DPS of any weapon I've picked up. But I've enchanted it probably over twenty times by now, it's stayed super cheap to enchant it so I've just been doing it every time I come out of the dungeon.

The game is single player only because they want to make a profit. If this was online, it would need constant customer support to ban hackers, fix accounts, balance the classes, etc. etc. Better to leave that effort for the MMO they want to make out of this world instead.

The Enchants stack??? I expected they would have just re-rolled. I'm totally gonna pimp my pistols.

They most definitely stack. This rifle started with around 120 DPS, and is up to about 260 now. It gets more expensive as you go along, obviously.

Only thing is there's a chance you'll "lose all enchantments" when you try it. So it's a bit risky, but yeah, they stack.

I just found the most awesome wand. Went from a 2-hand, 270dps, average attack staff to a 360dps, 1-hand, fastest attack (and ranged) wand. Sweeeeeeet.
