Bliz doesn't have to hold your hand. If one signs a contract without reading it that is one's own fault. Not much issue here.

If something like this ever did approach some sort of legal action, the company has impenetrable footing. Anything else would undermine that.

Just have fun removing the BS that DRM adds to your machine. Im sure there is a special removal tool now. Was researching the rootkit that sony uses with that DRM and sounds quite nasty if you just try to remove the service.
I stare out into the light from the darkness, only to wonder what it is I'm missing. Fear not what can be seen in the light of day, but what lurks in the dark and can not.

Unfortunately, it's not only Sony that releases CDs with that technology (at least I read that in one article on that subject).
